The goal of NAREE’s Annual Bivins Fellowship is to provide travel stipends to NAREE’s Annual Conference to enhance the profession of real estate journalism. NAREE University professional development sessions at the Annual Conference offer journalists – both new to the real estate beat and veterans – a chance to enhance skills and broaden the spectrum of industry sources. The NAREE Conference’s panel discussions and presentations provide journalists with current industry data, trend analysis and insightful forecasts.

This year, #NAREE2026 will be held at the Kimpton Epic in Miami, FL. NAREE’s travel stipend is available for check-in as early as Monday, June 1 and up to check-out on Thursday, June 4.

Both NAREE Active member working journalists and non-member working journalists are eligible to apply.
