LMU Loyola Law School in Los Angeles will host its Journalist Law School from Wednesday, July 15-Saturday, July 18, 2026. The fellowship condenses core law school subjects into a four-day program, with courses taught by law professors, judges, and prominent attorneys. The program is expected to be held in-person on the Loyola Law School campus in downtown Los Angeles.
The challenge of reporting on the legal system without a law degree is daunting. To help support journalists who cover legal topics, LMU Loyola Law School has developed the journalist law program. Journalist Law School (JLS) participation is limited to professional journalists who are competitively selected.
